I like the spotlight idea. Going to add that to the list!

A fuel and power module. if troops are going to be dropped off, they need at least supplies and be able to hold locations for an extended period of time, if building a base is not the intended mission.

Also for resupplyying forward operations bases. maybe power is not a concern because (uhh the sun) solar panels can be deployed easily. I don't know. but for a quick pop up base needs a source of power.

Medevac, rearm and repair. for resupplying ground vehicles and the assist wounded troops.

small cute tugs would be helpful for Victoria to load her cargo. atmospheric and vacuum variants. or do we already have 'em? i'll look into it.

@Happiness Yeah Tugs are a good idea. In the mean time, you can just use a basic fighter to push things around with landing gear on the front. I have one, but it's not intended for just pushing.
