I don't see how this would apply to Warriors of Chaos or Spirit of the Jungle unless it helped you run through allied and/or vassal territory (which would be useful). As for Beastmen, there is obviously the herdstone region, but being able to speed through bloodgrounds (or perhaps just only bloodground regions were the settlement is a ruin or herdstone) would be cool.
