if you guys really wanna hear how to get to a secret room then here full explanation:

ok. at first you get spiderman "aksis" to take platform "atheon". then you can take the daddy "oryx" and next take the notboss "skolas". then collect the betrayed "KEKSIS, THE" and go to the portal. the white portal is a button so stay close to it and write +use in console. to use +use again type -use first and then you can use +use again. you should get tits "Omnigul" if done correctly. go to nut nut and taunt. congratz you are in secret room. you can also sit on the seat and ignore the betrayed "KEKSIS, THE" before using +use on the portal. you will get the vex "black heart". after getting vex "black heart" repeat the portal steps and you will get penis "crota". go to nut nut room and taunt and you will be in ape box. if you will collect tits "Omnigul" and the penis "crota" at once then you will only go to the secret room and not the ape one.
