The Well-Rounded Rifleman or Rifleman's Rallycap is supposed to be for sniper and for him only. Why? Look at the name, RIFLEMAN. Can anyone tell me what class uses a rifle? The Heavy? No. The Scout? No. The Sniper? Yes. This will be like the Patriot's Peak, which is supposed to be a Soldier-only hat, because Soldier is a patriot. And the unique and unusual versions of this hat will skyrocket just like the Patriot's Peak. I mean, the market is already going ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy over it, even before the hat will get updated to all-class. So overall, I think this is a bad idea.
