I'd love a loading dock like this but without the stair. I've got a huge string of them along the back of some factories to act as railway docks and only need stairs at the ends.

Is there a pack, or single props, that one can make a warehouse with? These props are great, but I need to build a warehouse that fits 1U deep.

@RenderSilent I have plans for awnings but I have other stuff that I need to attend to first.
