Sobreviventes conseguiram roubar aviões e navios capazes de realizar viagens internacionais, com isso, começando as viagens clandestinas...
Poucos dias após o inicio das viagens clandestinas mais de 7 países confirmaram a presença do vírus zumbi, que, por coincidência, eram alguns dos destinos das viagens clandestinas...
Com isso, alguns países, entre eles o Brasil, proibiram a entrada de pessoas desses países infectados, porem... Foi uma tentativa falha de impedir o vírus...
Poucas horas após um navio clandestino ter sido afundado pelo exército perto do Rio de Janeiro, a cidade do Rio de Janeiro confirmou centenas de casos de pessoas infectadas com o vírus zumbi...
3 Anos depois, um avião clandestino caiu em São Paulo, ambulancias vieram para levar os sobreviventes ao hospital de São Paulo, mas, no caminho para o Hospital, alguns dos sobreviventes viraram zumbis e iniciaram a infecção no estado de São Paulo...
Enquanto isso, próximo de Manaus, um avião clandestino foi abatido e caiu em Manaus, todas as pessoas olhavam para o local da queda, mas logo, gritos e tiros tomaram conta das ruas de Manaus, centenas de pessoas correndo para lá e para cá, um Mega Zombie saiu de dentro dos destroços do avião, aqueles que tinham armas tentaram enfrentar o Mega Zombie, mas morreram, esse caos, que andava de mãos dadas com a infecção, chegou nas cidades vizinhas antes mesmo da infecção, vendedores começaram a fechar suas lojas para fugir dos saqueadores...
3 Anos depois, um navio vindo do estado de São Paulo chegou em Santa Catarina pedindo socorro, o navio tinha espaço para um helicoptero pousar, um helicoptero foi enviado até o navio, quando chegaram lá, havia zumbis mortos, o navio estava preso em rochas que estavam no fundo do mar e o combustivel estava acabando, somente 3 pessoas estavam vivas quando o helicoptero chegou, os 3 foram resgatados pelo helicoptero, porem, no meio do ar, um dos sobreviventes que foram resgatados, se transformou em um zumbi, ele atacou todos que estavam no helicoptero, transformando todos em zumbis, o piloto virou um Mega Zombie... Então o helicoptero caiu em Florianópolis, o Mega Zombie sobreviveu a queda e provocou o inicio da infecção em Santa Catarina.... Como mais da metade da força militar do país já havia sido perdida para os zumbis, a infecção na região saiu de controle muito rapido...
