A:Stop your damn wining and go to your Garry's Mod Files
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod
and in garrysmod folder Create a new folder and name it sound.

And No Scottie you can't Steal it.

made a folder called sound, and i put it where you said to put it, started the game looked every where, even the wiremod sound emmiter, but there is nothing there
