This mod will add Annette's voice (French Accent) from XCom EW to your game.

*Update 1: Reduced mod size; Increased performance.

Thanks for adding the Annette voice back in. It is nostalgic, and effective since Annette's actress is expressive.

Out of curiosity, are there still plans to update this to let us apply it to the WotC hero classes? If not, would it be okay if I tried to update it myself? I'd have to learn, but I'm willing to try.
