thanks for this one, despite what other people are saying, the 1:1 version just stuck out like a sore thumb in my city and this one fits snugly.

nice design, but way to small. looks like a little pillar.

Better if the building is scaled. It looks ridiculous when it is smaller than the skyscraper which is to be less prominent.

Because the game isn't to scale. All the taller buildings like apartments, skyscrapers etc. are roughly half their size or less than what they should be. This is a game design decision from the devs so you can actually see the streets.
This building is scaled down in the same way so it would "fit" the rest of the buildings around it. I tried it at its original size and it looked oversized. Also there's a closer to 1:1 in the description:)

I don't get why the heck people scale up or down buildings. Cims don't scale up or down. That said, good work and i'll sub to the 1:1 scale version

Well you done a bloody good job! kudos mate! and thanks for this awesome building :)

Yeah, nearly all buildings in the game are much smaller than their real life counterparts. I tried to scale down this building about as much as all the apartments and skyscrapers in the game are scaled down, so it looks relatively accurate when it's compared to surrounding buildings :)

I think this is a good size, fits well, doesnt stick out too much, the people wanting it bigger are just overcompensating
