Never mind - fixed by setting model detail to high. No crash ever occurred, but model detail must be high to fix this too.

Just wanted to mention this issue as it is not one of the ones I have seen listed:
Upon spawning the f-150 it looks like jumble of geometric figures most notably with long rectangular wheels and the textures apply incredibly weirdly. An image of this is here: https://i.redd.it/0m065os2e1u91.jpg
Weird thing is the addon used to work fine for me.
Idk if this is something about the addon that can be fixed or not but I figured I should mention it.

SADLY I LOVE THE SOUND BECAUSE IT'S THE REAL RECORDING OF THE 5.0L COYOTE IT SOUNDED THAT GOOOOD BUT ON FULL THROTTLE IT DRIVES LIKE IT HAS A 10 SPEED AT 1ST AND 2ND GEAR, NOT SHIFTING TO 3RD GEAR PROPERLY, SADLY YOU CAN'T KEEP DRIVING FAST CUZ OF THE HEALTH DROP WHICH DOESN'T SUIT DRIVING IN A GAME!!😢MAKE A MOD THAT GETS IT UNLIMITED WITH NO DEATH AT ALL!!😢
