this mod is great, I've long awaited a mod that adds the new portrait system to the vanilla portraits, so I'm glad someone finally did it

You are not the only one having this problem. I forced a reupload on the files today, no idea why this is happening. Two potential fixes I was able to find:

1) Verify the integrity of your Stellaris files. Right-click on Stellaris in your Library, click Properties, then Installed Files, then Verify Integrity of Game Files. This might force the mod to update.

2) If that doesn't work, go into your C:\Users\(Your Name)\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod folder and delete the files named 'ugc_3274615398'. You may also have to delete the 'ugc_3276071165' and 'ugc_3277397813' files if you're using my Psionization and/or Compatibility mods. Verify the integrity of your Stellaris files as in step 1, and this should fully force the mod to update.

I appreciate you letting me know about this. As far as I can tell, the version here on Steam matches the version on my disk and should have the Avian Massive #11 and Molluscoid #17 cybernetization stages. It may be Steam downloads doing funky things, I recommend unsubscribing from the mod, waiting a minute, and then resubscribing to the mod. If they are still missing from your game, please let me know, and again, thanks for letting me know about this issue.

so uhm I was rummaging through your mod's files and Vanilla Avian Massive #11 Stage 1 & 2
Vanilla Molluscoid #17 (Starfish) Stage 1 & 2 do not exist
did you forget to transfer the files there?

@casdnova Thank you! In terms of process, I have to draw each evolution, convert them to .dds, and clean them up so they don't have awkward pixels showing up in game. After a few rounds of touch-ups to make the images look better in-game, I add the code to the mod and bugtest. Finally, I merge the code into the compatibility patch and do a final round of bugtesting.

I used to do the drawing, coding, and bugtesting stages twice (separately for each mod) but going forward I'm going to work on the same portraits so I only need to do each stage once.

Shame ^^ But understandable. Hope you get to the cute little frog guys soon.

Hey I just want to say youre doing a great job! whats your process like for working on this and psi mod at the same time

Unfortunately, I have no plans to make this compatible with any Dimorphism mod. Maybe in the future I'll contact some of the mod creators to ask permission, but at the moment I still have dozens and dozens of vanilla portraits I need to get through.
