There are 2 solutions, the one you found isn't the one I intended for but it does seem to be the more popular solution. They're not that different though so it doesn't really matter

There doesn't seem to be a need for laser cubes, and the end point doesn't seem to require an additional portal surface

Very good and good looking map, and simple puzzle. Great looking skybox!
Enjoyed!

Perhaps an alternate solution to the cube getting stuck (which, yes, I saw happen too when I played) is to change when the dropper closes. It looks like you set it to close a specific amount of time after the cube spawns, regardless of whether or not it escapes the tube--you could either increase this time limit, or set up a trigger_multiple to open the tube when the cube gets near, and have it only get enabled right after the cube is spawned and disabled when the cube leaves its volume.

Puzzle was on the easy side. The aesthetics worked well. I really felt like I was on a mars base. Enjoyed it

Nice but sometime the cube gets stuck under the dropper (reverse gravity ?)

upon further investigation i found that it hits the opposite end of the tube before falling down the dropper, which causes it to not clear it in time and get stuck

i think its because of the lower gravity
it doesnt have enough time to clear the dropper and gets stuck in its little mandable-thingies
