Adds the mythical Wulfrum Alligator, finally allowing Calamity to be playable

UPDATE - Version 1.1
- Now functions without Calamity
- Wulfrum Alligator drops significantly more money on kill
- New config (have fun with this one)

wulfrum just sold ketamine at suspiciously low prices in my preschool that is 10 blocks away from where i live, i still heard the screams of suffocating children. :steamhappy:
