+40% cloak duration
+15% cloak on hit
-20% damage penalty
Stats do not affect gameplay

A simple reskin of the in-game revolver to resemble the L'Etranger from Team Fortress 2. The frame is brighter, has an ivory coloured handle, and silver bullet casings.
