!Remove OG Parakeets!

Yes this is a re-upload of the Improved Pill Base by Snazzy/Nova

THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU'VE REMOVED THE OG PILL BASE

In order for Re-Ignited Memories and future pills of mine to work, you need this. Of course you have to option to use the original Parakeets Pill Pack, but it will not work as well.

There's no preview screenshots for pretty obvious reasons, do you really want a picture of me looking at the face of characters?

All of the pills i use keeps on using the character speed instead of the set speed by the pill. is there a fix to this?
