Caravans of the Old World

Beskrivning
This mod adds the caravan system for Empire, Bretonnia and Dwarfs in IE and IEE campaigns (both player and AI)

The main difference from Cathayan caravans is the improved encounter system. The forces that will attack your caravan will depend on the region that it goes through. Norsca can attack your caravans in the north, orcs and skaven in the mountains etc. Same with new units: if caravan goes through Bretonnia the Bretonnian units can join it

* - Cathay also has the new encounter system

Playable factions with access to caravans:
- Reikland
- Karaz-a-Karak
- Karak Kadrin
- Couronne
- Carcassonne
- Clan Angrund (if owns Karak Eight Peaks)
- Elector Counts and some minor bretonnia dwarf factions if you have the faction unlocker

Factions with access to caravans after confederation with any faction who has access to caravans on the first turn
- The Huntsmarshal's Expedition
- Cult of Sigmar
- The Golden Order
- The Ancestral Throng
- Ironbrow's Expedition
- Bordeleaux Errant
- Chevaliers de Lyonesse

Compatible with SFO and Radious

FAQ
Q: Can you add caravans for race X?
A: I'm done with caravans. For other races the Convoys mechanic from chaos dwarfs will fit better but I don't have any intention of making the convoys mod, at least in the next few months.
Q: Can you add tech that increases limit for caravans?
A: No, unlike convoys count of active caravans is limited by 1 in game engine

WARNING: do not activate this mod if you started the campaign without it as faction who already has caravans or convoys like Cathay or Chaos Dwarfs! It will broke the caravan network

- update 5.2 includes big changes for caravans so the mod no longer compatible with previous versions

Guys, for next week or two I will be in the hospital. This means I will not be able to update the mods when 5.3 will be dropped. I hope it won't break anything and you will be able to play with the mods.

Hi, I have a bug, I think theres a failed popup thats preventing character movement, end turn and saving. Is there a way to use the debug menu to prevent the pop up or to kill the caravan without crashing the game?

Boss any chance you can release / allow release of a compilation of all submods to Caravan and Convoys mod in 1? It's 10 mods altogether with the main mods ^^ With a compilation submod on hard dependency to both two mods Caravans & Convoys could drop that to 3. I'd be very happy to compile and release a compilation submod like this for you :WH3_clasp:

Also have problems with Dwarfs (Zhufbar from Mixu's mods) - I'm playing without SFO, so pretty sure it's not SFO related
