Opis
A simple script that adds the ability to speak aloud text from a chat using Google or Yandex Text-to-Speech.

Features:
  • Support for Google and Yandex TTS
  • Google TTS use Garry's Mod language (gmod_language convar) to select language of speech. Yandex TTS only supports Russian language
  • For Yandex TTS, it is possible to select different speakers and emotions
  • Support for speaking text from the player's position, not just globally
  • TTS type, speaker and emotion are per player. Text sent by a certain player will be spoken aloud by his chosen speaker with chosen emotion

Settings:
Settings for this script can be customized in the Q -> Utilities -> User -> TTS Settings menu.
  • cl_tts_enable : Enable speaking aloud text from the chat. 0 - disable, 1 - enable. Default: 1
  • cl_tts_3d_sound : Enable text to be spoken aloud at the position of the player who sent the text. 0 - speak text globally, 1 - speak the text at the position of the sending player. Default: 0
  • cl_tts_type : Type of the Text-to-Speech to use. google - Google TTS, yandex - Yandex TTS. Default: google
  • cl_tts_speaker : (Yandex only) The speaker whose voice will be used when speaking the text aloud. Female speakers - jane, oksana, alyss, omazh, silaerkan, nastya, sasha, tanya, tatyana_abramova, voicesearch. Male speakers - zombie, zahar, ermil, levitan, ermilov, kolya, kostya, nick, erkanyavas, zhenya, anton_samokhvalov, ermil_with_tuning, robot, dude, smoky. Default: zahar
  • cl_tts_emotion : (Yandex only) The speaker emotional intonation. good - friendly intonation, evil - angry intonation, neutral - neutral intonation. Default: neutral

@Alastor Gelezov Ну каждый игрок, включая эту настройку, ставит как он хочет слышать голоса других игроков (в 3д или глобально), остальные игроки должны у себя должны поставить 3д голоса. Отдельно для каждого игрока подобная настройка как будто бы не целесообразна
