[VJ] Counter-strike: source SNPC (EXPERT) New

- SNPC will be able to throw grenades
- Also contains the killicons of the Counter-Strike: Source (I plan to update the killicons one day since they are a bit small)
- The npc no longer have 200 hp now they have 100hp and 100 of kevlar protection
- The difficulty of the snpc is very aggressive and it will not be easy to kill them
- Contains the sounds of reloading weapons and shots (no css required)

-I also think about including this other addon that I published from the CSS beta models
