Keqing is a workaholic, demanding herself to work "ten times harder than the average human" and is abnormally progressive in work-related issues.

Civilian units ignore all Movement penalties for terrain and features. Builders and Military Engineers can immediately move after being purchased, and their Movement is fully restored after performing their first build action.

"Tian Quan" is in charge of the law of Liyue, also the richest human in Teywat.

Receive an extra level of Diplomatic Visibility when sending an international Trade Route to another civilization. All spies start with the Surveillance promotion. +1 Culture, +1 Faith, and +50% Gold from international Trade Routes.

Unique Governor: Ganyu.(Requires Gathering Storm) Has an exclusive unique Governor with civil and nature conservation bonuses. Mines and Quarries provide +1 extra Production and an additional +1 Culture if built on a resource, as well as +2 Gold in cities with a Liyue Harbor district.

A district unique to Liyue for naval activity in your city. Replaces the Harbor district and cheaper to build. Creates a Trading Post in this city when built. +5 Loyalty per turn to this city.

Liyue unique Ancient era anti-cavalry unit that replaces the Spearman. Ignores Movement penalty for Hills. +5 Combat Strength when defending on Hills.

Genshin Impact unique building that replaces the Monument. Provides an additional +2 Faith. Provides +1 Loyalty per turn in this city. If the city already has maximum Loyalty, also provides an additional +1 Culture. Units instantly heals when moved to a Statue of the Seven. The healing power of the statue is 25 per turn.
