Will grow as time progresses

As of now the pack features a modest variety of lower income tenements with style matching shops, together with a different cup of tea being a Party HQ downtown skyscraper. The pack is highly inspired by the style of the first Mafia game and its city Lost Heaven, although all models are original work.

Can you turn off collisions? After some update I can't connect buildings side to side.

A pedestrian gate in the same style would be really helpful, it's a building that's just for pedestrians to walk through.

I’d love if modders would make more buildings like this, no collision, so we could make lots of realistically dense urban areas (buildings touching). These are really cool.
