Plugin Loader [Deprecated]

Description
Keen has decided to remove plugins from the Steam workshop. Anyone that has Plugin Loader currently installed from the workshop must clear the game launch options.

To install the new version of Plugin Loader, install the launcher[github.com].

I know that this is deprecated, but I still wanted to say thank you for keeping this here as a reminder as to where to find the launcher.

Cant upload plug in on steam. Due to security issues probably. Due to how plug ins work. But can still get them from the launcher.
