Faster Plot Expansion

Описание
Cultural cost of gaining new plot is reduced by 1/3. Now 'holes on the map' fill faster, borders looks better, and this is yet another buff for originally underpowered wide empires.

This mod is just placebo. All it does is change PLOT_BASE_COST which is unused by the game.

Does this stack with the Larger Cities mod (which lets cities expand up to 10 tiles and reduces cost by 60%).

Well, the AI will recognize whatever territory it has, and will pay attention to when and what tiles they'll be getting. So in that sense, yeah it affects the AI. No brainer.
Otherwise no it doesn't mess with AI.

Am I the only one this doesn't work for? It doesn't crash the game or anything, it just literally doesn't do anything.
