This hook library is a lot faster than default hook library, which can improve your server performance.

@Cyclops if you have this addon (https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2938273881) it will cause this issue, this shit addon returns inside a hook and stops execution of other addons

i've tested this out, it seems to be interfering with some VJ base npcs, im seeing the npcs shoot above the players head and when i disable this addon the aim of the npcs are much more accurate.
