The Ikeda Munitions Corporation is a very old and renowned weapons manufacturer hailing from the galaxy's inner rim. They are known for powerful and reliable weapons systems that have been in exceptionally high demand since the beginning of the Xsotan conflict two centuries ago. Many of the galactic states involved in the Inner Rim Securities Pact (IRiSP) rely on Ikeda products to bolster their fleets. Ikeda also produces the railgun car for Interstellar Pacific and the Litigation-class fusion torpedo for the massive Muthos Engineering Consortium.

In addition to its weapons system divisions, Ikeda Munitions also operates its own shipbuilding division to secure its secretive production and R&D facilities. With the exception of limited runs of the IF-1 'Kudzu' starfighter, Ikeda spacecraft are never sold - they are only ever entrusted to the company's closest partners.

Ikeda Munitions ships are Trinium tier. Their colors are dark gray, pale green, and brown, and their products are named after plants (usually dangerous and/or mythological plants).
