DSEV Austerty

This SV of class 1 unlocks at lvl 12 and is designed for long exploration in space (PvE).
Hence 'DSEV' ; Deep Space Exploration Vessel ; Austerty as in simplicity/clean (-lines ; design wise).

The Austerty is a leightweight ship specialzed in fast (personal) Transport with a classic appearance.
She is small alright, but almost like the TARDIS, she's bigger on the inside!


Important:
* Save the template after spawning (and after customizations)!
* Do NOT use autosort - this would mess up the current Control panel
* Activate the Shield before you pass or aim towards a POI (or any 'red' dots)
* Thrust_Basic toggles minimal thrusts and RCS
* Thrust Extra toggles extra Generators and extra thrusters
* AFAIK it is even conform with the (somewhen) in A10 incoming rule of 'exposed thrusters' (only shutter windows that let air pass)
