Main Feature
(1) Building will stop construction unless they have construction resource
(2) Player Building will operate inefficiently if lack of operation resource (Can disable this function in MOD option)
(3) Above two resources will be produced by City Resource Building
(Click BuildingUI to make any playbuilding become a City Resource Building)
(4) Those buildings which lack of resource will generate a no resource icon above the building.


Some more details for those considering this mod...
It's essentially two parts: Real Construction and Real Government.

The resource generating building needs each type of industry goods – food, timber, petrol, and coal – and will import if not produced locally. Any building can be converted to a resource generator by Clicking BuildingUI
Once it has goods, it slowly produces Construction Resources and Operation Resources and its stockpile is capped at 8 truckloads worth of each. All buildings require one truckload of construction resources to complete building.
All ploppable roadside buildings need Operation Resources to continue operating and slowly use their stockpile, requiring occasional deliveries – this includes city services (police, fire, etc), parks, monuments, and even Industry DLC buildings. Industry trucks (randomly farm, lumber, oil or ore) will be dispatched from the nearest resource generator.


Localization
This mod offers support for internationalization and heavily depends on people willing to contribute. The language is automatically determined based on your settings in "Options" -> "Gameplay".

I will consider implementing the ability to select service vehicles.
Since the original author is not available at this time, I intend to proceed with the enhancement in Real Construction Fix .

I’m experiencing some problems with the recent update 1.17.0, I will continue to support it.

For this reason, it is best to assume that one vehicle will be dispatched per Resource Building.

When you first start the game, it is recommended to build about 4 Resource Buildings to speed up the initial building process.
Also, wind turbines are better than coal power plants at first, because buildings that do not need to face a road are built immediately.

I will answer to the best of my knowledge that I can find out to continue this mod.
Internally, the MOD has 20 construction and 20 operational vehicles each.
At this time the number of vehicles does not change with the budget, it is fixed.

Click on the orange helmet icon in the Resource Building to see the resources held.
As you can see by observing this, for example, building materials consume coal and lumber to produce building materials. They are created little by little by consuming surplus resources.
For every 8,000 building materials, one vehicle can be dispatched. Building materials can be stored up to 64000, so up to 8 vehicles can be dispatched at the same time.

However, in most cases, the speed of building material generation is slow, so one vehicle will be dispatched after 8,000 have been accumulated.
This is the reason why only one vehicle appears to be in operation.

There is a replacement mod for this one. You can see the amount of construction resonances for any building by selecting the hard hat icon and if it is a construction building, it will list how much of each resource it has

While not entirely critical but I think It would be nice for each building to use the correct type of vehicles specially the ones included in the collection, after all they are the mods main vehicles. Having the ability to choose vehicle types via vehicle selector mod for instance would be a bonus while not crucial. While not entirely necessary but having icons for different resource types would be nice.

For instance it would be nice if we could see the amount of operation resources like food and fuel in city service building menus just like the coal and oil power plant where we can see the amount of stored coal and oil. Maybe showing the amount of fuel for each city service vehicle would be nicer. Also showing the number of available truck and the number of used trucks for real construction buildings would be extremely useful, since at current state it is hard to tell.

First there is no way to tell how many trucks different buildings use specially city resource buildings, and it's hard to tell if the budget slider makes any difference on the number of trucks sending resources to various buildings perhaps? Baby-sitting the various buildings of Real Construction I realized some resources are sent via wrong type of trucks, and the trucks with in the Real Construction collection is almost entirely never used, for example a container is used to send fuel instead of Fuel depot's fuel trucks. There is also no way to choose the used vehicle types for most of the buildings either. Not having control over the number of trucks makes lots of buildings to wait a long time to receive resources. Which makes the construction tasks tedious and frustrating.
Another important issue I have realized is the City Fuel Supply building which is almost never used. I have yet to see a city service vehicle to go there for refueling.

First of let me thank you for the amazing Mod you have created, I love the idea, it's brilliant.

After trying this mod for hours, (the fixed version thanks a lot to @iwarin123, since the old one doesn't work for me) I can clearly see that there are some obvious issues however, but since I can’t post everything in one comment I will split up the issues into several comments:
