The best Dead Rising co-op, and a proper open world game. Every piece of clothing you try on is now saved in your locker. Only problem: player two isn't customised in cut-scenes, it's just plain ♥♥♥♥.

The co-op puzzle platforming is well done, but lag and difficulty spikes make for a frustrating experience between bros when one death means restarting a checkpoint. Again. And again. And again.

The main story is single player only, with a separate co-op story. Co-op is designed for four players and doesn't scale in difficulty if you have less, so expect some frustrating moments even on easy.

Good zombie apocalypse main story co-op... if you can connect. Good weapons and crafting, some character customisation with clothing found in shops. A great co-op game marred by connectivity issues.

Works alright for two player main story co-op... if you could call it a story. Heavy focus on cover-based shooting and just not that fun. At least it's over fast. Also there are some dogs.

Victor Vran is a solid full-story co-op ARPG *with a jump button*. Only downside is that cut-scenes and dialogue are independently triggered, so you might not see and hear things at the same time.

A nice continuation from the first Dead Island, this sequel feels and plays very much the same as the first game, with good coop story mode.

Good coop storymode - you'll just need to play a short intro before you can get into the main game together. Characters are chosen from presets with some clothing options.

It's awesome if you can get it to work using third party coop software - unfortunately it doesn't do peer to peer coop play out of the box. Character customisation is almost as good as SR3.

It's a good coop story experience because it's Borderlands, but you'll have a hard time selecting your character because they're all garbage compared to the other characters available in BL 1 & 2.
