This demo will let you get to know the core mechanics that make the game unique and test your skills against its unforgiving atmosphere.

About This Demo

In the Zombie Protocol demo, you will gain access to a carefully crafted, static town district. Explore its residential homes, gas stations, and stores to learn the basics of survival and memorize the layout. Your primary goal is to ensure the baby's safety by planning your every move, always remembering that the zombies react to any noise.

Key Features Available in the Demo:

• A Limited, Hand-Crafted World: Learn the ropes of survival on a specially designed, non-procedural map. Master the locations to develop your tactics and understand the core gameplay.

• Silence is Survival: The foundation of the game is here. Broken glass, a gunshot, or even a zombie's groan can draw a horde. Move with caution.

• Childcare Under Pressure (Basic): Manage the baby's primary need — hunger. You must find and craft baby food to keep them from crying and attracting unwanted attention.

• Crafting & Armament: Scavenge for materials and create useful items, including baby formula and automated turrets for defense.

• Exploration & Looting: Scour buildings for food, ammo, and crafting components.

• Risky Transport: Find a car and use it for quick travel or a desperate escape. Remember — the loud roar of the engine will not go unnoticed.

• Day & Night Cycle: Be extra cautious when darkness falls — at night, the zombies become significantly more aggressive and dangerous.

Please Note: This demo is an early build of the game. The full version of Zombie Protocol will feature full-fledged procedural world generation (new districts and layouts with every run), an expanded child-care system, more zombie types, advanced crafting, extensive locations, and a complete story line.
