In a frozen world gripped by the Ice Age, you take on the responsibility and importance of managing the last telephone station in the city center of the Western Region. Amid an unrelenting struggle between the government and a secret organization, you are the final link controlling communications and identifying wanted criminals.

Your duty is to carefully listen to incoming visitors, monitor both their face-to-face statements and phone conversations, decide who may communicate according to strict government orders, and block those who violate the rules. Your moral choices shape the fate of the region and your own conscience.
