About This Demo

This is the free demo version of Breathedge 2—a satirical retro-futuristic survival game set in the vastness of space. In this demo, you’ll get a taste of the game's early stages, featuring a starting area packed with all sorts of junk—including our signature humor.

Here, you’ll learn the basics, like:

• Free movement (in all directions!)

• Exploring your surroundings

• Gathering and harvesting resources

• Crafting useful survival gear

• Hoarding completely useless junk

• Sucking oxygen out of space worms through their… well, let’s say “digestive system”

• Awkwardly attempting to communicate with NPCs

• Fighting off space monsters

And, of course, dying—by suffocation, oxygen deprivation, lack of air, restricted breathing… or, you know, just running out of breath.

ABOUT THIS GAME

Step into the boots of Man, an ordinary guy facing intergalactic-scale problems. Alongside your trusty companions, embark on a mission to take down the Breathedge Corporation—preferably without dying or losing your sanity along the way.

New worlds and enemies

The world of Breathedge 2 consists of multiple distinct zones, each with its own rules, resources, and opportunities to explore. There are different star systems with their visual features, colorful planets in the background, and, of course, dead passengers floating around. Naturally, numerous planets are home to numerous enemies. The very real ones, running, flying, jumping, and even rolling enemies.

Control spaceship and other transport

Manage and upgrade your spaceship, expand its capabilities, and equip new, occasionally useless compartments. And while you're off the ship, drive vehicles in outer space and on the surfaces of planets. Best of all, the vehicles even have trunks that open with an incredibly pleasant sound.

Manage your Crew

Each participant of your journey plays their role in ship life and management, makes survival in the unfriendly cosmos easier, and opens up new opportunities. However, they require attention, pursue personal goals, and generally behave not as your static quest companions. If you disregard your team, your ship, and your duties as a great captain, the team may do the same. And if they do, you'll find yourself in a sinking ship.
