You are trapped in a hospital department that seems to go on endlessly. Carefully observe your surroundings in each loop to escape the Liminal Department

Each loop could have multiple anomalies or none. Some are easy to spot, others are not.

After a careful examination you will have to submit your answer to the screen in order to proceed.
