Why Early Access?

“I have a lot of ideas for Cannoneer, and I don't want anyone to think that I'm done with new features. I release frequent updates to add new content and fix bugs. I also take feedback from anyone who would like to give it, and I don't ever want to stop adding new content. I just don't think Cannoneer is up to the standards I have for a fully released game.”

“I hope to have a finished version by Summer 2025, but I will take as long as needed to make the game fit my standards.”

“I plan to add multiplayer, leaderboards, hundreds of skins, quests, daily rewards, and more!”

“The current state of early access includes the base gameplay mechanics, a shop, an icon picker, seasonal events, a score page, and achievements.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I don't plan to raise the price when Cannoneer leaves early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I have a Discord server, YouTube channel, and website, all listed on this Steam store page. I make announcements about new updates on Discord, and I plan to upload devlogs on my YouTube channel. I also have ways to get involved on the website, such as making skins.”
