Why Early Access?

“The story of the game will be divided into 4 chapters that follow the growth of the main character. As the story progresses, we will slowly introduce a higher difficulty and complexity to the game. Right now, during early access, we introduced the core mechanic of the game (The Interviews). And because of that, we have collected lots of good feedback. We will update the game in accordance with the players' concerns. Going into the future, we will continue to collect feedback to improve our features.

Since we are a small indie studio, we want to make sure we still have creative control and the resources to focus on completing this game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“This game will be on early access for approximately around 1,5 years to finish all of the chapters”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Full version will have all of the chapters and the complete story of Main Character’s journey as a Professional HR. "Survival Mode" will also be available in the complete version. For players who want to play the game with their own character. There will be lots of differences between the early access version and the complete version when it comes to the features.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Right now the Early access version is the full release version of chapter 1 which consists of 3 endings. The game has a revamped Interview Mechanic that is very different from the demo version. Additional minigames and new special characters are also added for enriching the players' experience. Players will fully experience the joy and challenges of being an HR”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the early access version will be priced differently compared to the full version. The Price difference is to honor players who support us by playing our game while there is still room for improvement. So they are entitled to get a much cheaper price compared to people who just want to buy the full release. There won't be any hidden costs or DLC, any player just needs to buy our game once to experience all of the game’s features..”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We're actively updating our log weekly and answering questions on our discord server. We eagerly await all feedback in order to improve our game, while maintaining transparent communication with our community. We want to make sure that it is easy for our community to contact us.”
