Absolutely loved the game, I'm at 49/50 Waveforms but now I'm stuck at the last one. Could I get a hint, please?

I've played for around an hour and I found the three faers. Now two of them are in the fence, but the other one is inside my house, near the ladder. I can't interact with it and Tyra is still saying there is one missing. Is this a bug? :(

Does anyone know if the bit where you're allowed to ask just one question resets on a new adventure or is it 100% a once only deal? Don't really want to make the same choices all over again just to find out it's not going to work.

I'm a bit stuck trying to get a "good" ending, where Ren and Tyra both make it back to Hus. So far I keep getting the wandering-the-Qverse-with-Ki ending instead, despite trying a few variations.
