Why Early Access?

“Hello! I have been developing Tower Knight as a solo dev since August 2023. The game has reached a point where I discover new strategies as different scenarios emerge naturally in the game.

An average run takes ~25 minutes and I am usually a couple of tiles away from winning or losing. I am excited to share Tower Knight with the community since the game is now at a point where a creative strategy is required to win a run.

Gamers who enjoy being immersed in strategy, deck building, tower defense, and roguelikes should get Tower Knight while it is in Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I expect Tower Knight to be in Early Access until Fall of 2024.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan to regularly release updates to Early Access. Checkout the news/updates section to see my latest updates.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The latest early access version has 0 known bugs, and is fully playable from start to finish. Music and sound effects are included.

There is no save/load system yet.

“Yes. I plan to gradually raise the price as Tower Knight gets new content and features”
