Island Acquisition and Renovation: Scour the market for the perfect island that meets your client's vision. Negotiate and purchase the land, then take your tools and creativity to transform it into a piece of paradise. Adjust the elevation, manipulate the vegetation, and place buildings and props to create the ideal layout.
Design Freedom: Elevate or lower the land to create stunning viewpoints or cozy valleys. Add lush forests, tranquil beaches, or exotic gardens.
