Why Early Access?

“We believe that releasing the game to the public as early as possible, and gathering user feedback, is the best way to ensure that it's a great game when it goes live. During the Early Access period, we'll be fine-tuning the balance of many of the artifacts and synergistic Legendary Equipment, learning what the community expects and prefers, and then taking that feedback and implementing it into the game. This will be a chance for us and you to make a game together that you'll enjoy.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The Early Access will take place over the course of a year so that we can maximize feedback and have enough time to incorporate it.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the final version of Dragon is Dead we plan to add extra chapters, featuring additional powerful characters at the center of the story, and an extra ending. Our goal with each chapter will be to feature different and unique enemies. We also plan for the final version to add more playable heroes and their Legendary Equipment. For more information, check out our roadmap of planned upcoming updates.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“On the first day of Early Access, Dragon is Dead will feature 8 chapters, 2 playable heroes, 180+ artifacts, Hundreds of pieces of Equipment, 30+ Legendary Equipment items and 25+ synergies. Face a variety of enemies and bosses, as well as the final boss of Early Access, RILMOZOG the Butcher.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“When the final version of Dragon is Dead is released, we expect the price to increase to match the increased content and features. Of course, those who purchased the game during Early Access will not be affected, and we will notify the community in advance of any price changes.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be active on social media for feedback and activity. The platforms for this will be Steam and Discord. You can ask questions, give feedback, suggest new features, report bugs, and more. We'll be posting regular updates on Steam and Discord so you know how we're making the game.”

About This Game

All dragons who have challenged the gods have fallen, except for Guernian. The leader of the Dark Dragons, who has lost all of his kind to the Gods and has embraced evil, is corrupting the world with his rift.

Filled with rage and madness, you must become the Dragon Slayer who can stop Guernian. Slay Guernian and free the survivors from their suffering.

Defeat the twisted monsters and giant, terrifying foes that Guernian has created. Armed with a variety of skills and equipment, as well as dragon-tongue runes that amplify their effects, adventurers can take down any foe.

Don't be afraid of death and take on the challenge to perfect your skills, master your abilities, and equip yourself with powerful equipment.

Players face the demons of Guernian. Recognize their patterns and exploit their weaknesses to defeat them.

Diverse Skill Builds


Experience different skill builds with unique characters.

Equipment


Players can retain the power of their equipment and runes even when they die. Legendary equipment can be crafted by collecting and combining the runes from slayed demons.

A Roguelite with the Tension of Choice


The artifacts you equip will trigger different synergies depending on the combination. Complete the best synergies for your skill build and you'll experience powerful growth.
