The baby that you play as will have gory deaths with blood. it is in a over the top fashion and there is no dismemberment. Just lots of blood. There are some women blowup dolls throughout the maps, and there are some references to mother is a sexually active, but not at all with children or anything of that nature. There is also some voicelines that are spoken that would be relates to drinking. The themes are quite dark, as you are taking an innocent baby and making them go through a very deadly maze/obstacle course. Nothing is over the top or considered sexualizing a minor.
