Why Early Access?

“We want to make this game the best it can be: that takes time, effort, and collaboration. Karting Superstars currently offers a lot of fun to players through time trial leaderboards, multiplayer Custom Lobbies, and our single-player Kartcade mode with cosmetic rewards. It's already a rich experience ready for players to have fun with, but we yearn to expand it! We plan to deepen and refine the game's existing features, add more tracks for players to enjoy, and pay attention to the way the game is being played to understand how to improve the experience as much as we can.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Ideally 3-6 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We are pricing the game according to the value proposition we're putting forward on Early Access. Once the game reaches a state in which we feel its complete from a features and content perspective, we will raise it's price upon full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“A couple of facts are important here:

• We are a small but very efficient team of 5 people
  
• We have a large community on Discord which we've built since our debut title, Circuit Superstars

Karting Superstars is our first self-published title. We are focusing on 1 platform (PC) so that we can be agile and effective at improving the game over time. Our goal throughout Early Access is to hold conversations with our community about ideas and suggestions for Karting Superstars to become the best it can be.”
