Discover the incredible Hub Technology developed by the I.P.E., enabling the colonization of inhospitable planets by human settlers. Expand your base's perimeter with small HUBs, creating pacified areas that facilitate unit production. Connect these HUBs to the Main HUB, forming a vital power grid that fuels the growth of your base. Safeguard these HUBs at all costs, for their destruction will disrupt nearby buildings and halt unit production

The player follows the order of a tyrannical regime, without knowing this regime is indeed tyrannical. The player will be sent to many different planets to "pacify" them - which is a polite way of saying "eradicating all lifeforms" - in order to make it ready for the next colony of Humans.
