You will have a different initial deck depending on the character you choose to play! Each time you win a battle, you will be rewarded with a choice of a card between three.
Also, you can buy some cards in Jenny's Shop and try to build a deck with a lot of synergies between cards!

Sometimes, when criminals are caught, they will leave behind a gadget. They can also give it to you directly on an event or you can even buy it from Jenny for a sum of rootcoins. Try to obtain the most incredible synergy!
