Information on the Meadgard: Beer and Plunder Demo

We are in the process of changing the name of our game from Beer and Plunder to Meadgard. The Beer and Plunder demo is showcasing the tavern game play of the full game.

Meadgard is a co-op management adventure where you and your friends embark on a mythical quest to create the ultimate Viking tavern. Serve feisty customers, meet a unique cast of villagers, and battle creatures and enemies as you explore the island for rare ingredients. Team up, discover new recipes, and prove your worth to the gods!

[ Hunt mythological creatures ]

Bring your pots, pans, or whatever your weapon of choice might be and explore the island during the day. Hunt a variety of creatures to gather ingredients and work your way through puzzles, traps and monsters to find resources and rewards.

[ Run your own Viking tavern ]

Manage your tavern by night and work together to keep your customers pleased. Use your ingredients to cook and serve dishes from your recipe book, play some tunes and let the mead flow. Remember; a happy viking pays in gold, but an angry viking pays in blows”.

[ Get to know your neighbors ]

During your journey you’ll meet with many unique villagers and travelers looking to set up shop in your town. Craft weapons, plant seeds, brew potions with the help of your villagers and unravel the stories and mysteries of your new neighbors.
