What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I would like to gather a wide range of perspectives, from gamers to creators, on how VRHandsFrame can be utilized in enhancing VR experiences and creating VR content.
The core feature of VRHandsFrame is the ability to capture and crop images in the VR View.
In addition to improving existing functions, I believe it is important to gather and consider feedbacks on what uses and functions VR users want for the cropped images, and whether these are even possible.”

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“The period is expected to be between six months and a year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“- Increase the number of parameters that can be changed by the user to make operation more comfortable
- Improve User Interface Localization
- Improve integration with third-party SteamVR overlay apps
- Improve functionality using third-party APIs”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“It comes with basic functions such as saving the cut-out image to a file and bookmarking it in VR.
You can also perform actions on documents and 2D codes present in the image.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“In order to cover server costs, prices may change as user access increases.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“joining the Discord server or using survey forms.”
