You are a virus in Winnie's body. Capture cells to grow mutations.
Choose powerful combinations as you transform your host into an abomination.
Become a bloodthirsty tentacled horror, a spine-backed tanky terror or a venomous monstrosity!



Explore randomly generated worlds inside your host's body.
Discover new cells and make gut decisions to direct the adventure.
Gather resources and unlock new abilities.



Enter the brain in turn-based battles, where you activate your mutations.
Evolve and adapt as you discover the limitations of your power... and how to overcome them.

Adapt with each run as you unlock ways to customise and upgrade your virus.
Push the bounds of what our host can be. Together we survive.
