About This Game

Song of the Chalice is a simple 3D realtime strategy for a single player with tower defense mechanics, inspired by the events of the Hussite era (1419-1420).

Jan Žižka from Trocnov and his retinue leave Prague and march to Pilsen, the place of work of priest Koranda.
In the first days of his stay, alongside his group and the local Hussites, he participates in the expulsion of part of the Catholic population and undertakes raids against enemy bases in the vicinity. During one of these raids near Nekmíř, he encounters infantry fof the Pilsen Landfrieden, led by Bohuslav from Schwamberg...

Main features

  • Play two story campaigns.

  • Lead your troops across more then 10 missions in each campaign.

  • Each mission is slightly different in gameplay and requires various tactics leading to victory.

  • Control various types of troops with different traits and abilities.

  • Try to play various difficulties and unlock achievements.

  • Search for easter eggs and hidden secrets to unlock bonus missions (maybe from different universes too).

Inspired by history

The game is inspired by events from the rich history of the Czech lands during the time of the Hussites. However, it may contain historical inaccuracies.
