為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「We're a small indie team and we don't have enough experience to say that all of our solutions and design choices are perfect. We have a big part of the game finished and want to publish it now to get valuable feedback from the players early and make the full release as great as possible!」

「Around 6 months.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「We plan to add two more episodes to the finished game (EA will consist of 3 episodes and the full release of 5 episodes). One episode takes around 1-3 hours of gameplay depending on the player's skill and difficulty level.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The EA version is mostly finished - only minor tweaks and polishes are left.
It includes:
- Fluid movement: high octane first-person action with advanced movements for dashing, sliding and other acrobatics.
- RPG elements: interact with NPCs, learn the lore of Sunset City, take side missions and upgrade your abilities.
- Lo-Fi aesthetic: inspired by classic first-person shooters, from Doom to Duke Nukem 3D to Blood.
- Synthwave vibe: Hear an original vaporwave soundtrack composed by synthwave legend Karl Vincent.
- Mod support: Create and share your own levels, weapons and more with richly-featured free and open-source tools.」

「We're planning to increase the price after leaving Early Access as the full release will contain more content and new features.」

「This game was born within the modding community of GZDoom and it will always remain open to players' feedback! Just as we are basically Doom fans who set out to make a game of our own, we recognize that gamers have invaluable insight into what additions or changes might work amazing for the finished product. We have an active Twitter and Discord server where everyone is welcome to leave their remarks.」

You awake from cryostasis with memories lost in the confusing fog of hypersleep. Immediately you begin to manifest powerful abilities. Lightning-fast reactions. Innate combat skills. Near-supernatural agility.

Your talents are quickly recognized. A mysterious woman named Yuri offers you a deal. In exchange for getting your memories back, you need to utilise your powers to become a street samurai in the crime-ridden, plague-stricken Sunset City.
