“We have already implemented the core gameplay and want people to be able to play the game and give their feedback on it while we continue to work on other features. As our game is a space flight sim with a variety of random encounters, getting feedback on the balance of the game is very important to us.”

“For the full version of The Chaser's Voyage we plan to add:

A crew journal. It will contain a lot of in-universe information, lore, and character interactions.
An expansive practice mode.
Additional gameplay tweaks and small features.

“The Chaser's Voyage currently has:

3 difficulty modes
24 Insignias which modify gameplay and are unlockable in each of the 3 difficulty modes.
Achievements for unlocking each Insignia in any mode.
Records to track your best and fastest runs.
Color customization for the player's ship and the metal UI.
Fully voice acted dialogue with subtitles.
Fully voice acted cutscenes.
Customizable controls.
A playable tutorial.

About This Game

You have only one hundred days. One hundred days to pay off your debt to a dreaded pirate lord. Luckily, you have friends, and one of those friends has a spaceship… and an idea: make money by transporting people from planet to planet! Seems simple, but this part of the galaxy is riddled with endless dangers. Paying back your debt will be one thing. Surviving this voyage will be another!

You are the Captain:

Take-off on your space flight adventure with a fully voice-acted, diverse crew of oddballs and misfits.
Take the helm of the starship Chaser and strategically divert limited power between its four systems in real time.
Pilot through treacherous interstellar obstacles such as asteroids, minefields, radiation storms, ship graveyards, and more!
Escape from deadly foes including ruthless pirates, relentless bounty hunters, and warring galactic armies.

Pay Back Your Debt:

Earn money by transporting a large variety of human and alien clients to other planets.
Survive randomly generated encounters as you travel to your client’s destination.
Be careful! Repairing your hull costs money. The better your piloting, the more likely you are to survive and pay off your debt in time.

Fly Through a Small Part of a Larger Galaxy:

Witness an escalating galactic war, as two major powers fight for control of the sector.
Visit over 250 planets and meet the species that inhabit them.
Unlock entries in your crew journal containing history, politics, and stories of the galaxy. (Release TBD)
Learn about your crew’s pasts and discover their secrets. (Release TBD)

Enjoy the game in three modes that shape your experience.
- Fly casual in Voyager Mode. In this mode, you have unlimited respawns and plenty of options to control the game’s difficulty.
