Why Early Access?

“Feign is a multiplayer role play game with different strategies which balancing is crucial. We need feedback from players to balance the game before it is released as a full version.
We also want to add new features, improve server performance, and correct bugs. Therefore we need feedback from the players.”

“We planning to release the full version within 1 year but game will remain in early access until the desired features are added and complete.”

“In the full version in addition to achieving a balanced game we plan to add features such as

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“In early access, players can play up to 12 people by setting up their own lobby or joining someone else's lobby. In the lobby players can choose from 15 different roles to decide which roles will be in the game. Also, they can talk with other players using the in-game text chat.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change when we leave early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We welcome any comments such as suggestions for changes, new feature requests, new content requests; they can report these requests directly to us via discussion boards or on our Discord server. Early access players can report bugs, suggest new roles, mechanics and ideas. We will listen to each and every feedback about any aspect of the game.”

About This Game

Feign is a role-playing game with a maximum of 12 players that takes place in a small town where innocents, imposters, and neutrals come together. You use your role at night to win and send a person from the village in the morning.

Insane is a unique role of Feign
Insane is an innocent role however it is dangerous for the innocents.
If you have the Insane(innocent) role you don't see that. You think and see that you are some other innocent role.
If you are Insane(insane), you can think you are an investigator and give wrong information during the whole game.
Maybe all the innocents are killed because of you. Can you be... insane?

Collect information at night using your role and try not to die.
Find out who is the imposter in the morning.
Send people you think are imposters from the village by voting

Kill innocents using your role at night or gather information to avoid attracting attention.
Try not to be caught by innocents in the morning.

You have your own goals.
Since your roles are different from other imposter or innocent roles, you may find it difficult to gather information. Therefore, you should keep your eyes open and follow the game well.
Depending on the course of the game, you can fulfill your role by playing against innocents or imposters.
This can be killing innocents or imposters, convincing other villagers that you are innocent based on the information you have gathered from other villagers, or directing attention to a person you want. The choice is yours...

You can buy new costumes to dress up your character. You can buy them with the in-game currency of Feign Cookies in the market. You can then dress your character with the clothes in your inventory.
