This agreement and privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Outpost Zero. This applies solely to information collected by the game.

Privacy

As an online game, Outpost Zero will at times collect information from you and store it on our servers. We will only store identifying information and data necessary to save the state of your game between sessions, to identify possible instances of cheating, and to identify any possible bugs or balance problems with the game. We will never sell or rent any of your information to any third party.

We may use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

TOS

This agreement applies to all users of this game wherever it was acquired. All users agree not to alter or modify the game without express permission from Symmetric Games.

Symmetric Games reserves the right at their sole discretion to report any behavior that can be construed as cheating to Valve, which may result in bans on this game and other games on the Steam site. Symmetric Games reserves the right at their sole discretion to ban you from any or all official game servers.
