This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the game "Fallen: Into the Darkness". By installing, playing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. The User does not own the Game, and this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.

The User agrees not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its assets without written permission from the Developer.
  
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

The User is responsible for ensuring their device meets the system requirements to run the Game and for maintaining the security of their account and game files.

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or other issues arising from the use of the Game.

This Agreement will terminate automatically if the User violates any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Game from their devices.
